As of this writing, is it safe to say that Alek Manoah is the most exciting Pitcher going into 2023?

Manoah was a First Round Pick in 2019 (11th Overall), and he only needed two years to make his MLB debut, where he beat the Yankees in Yankee Stadium.  He finished the year with a 9-2 record in 20 Starts, and it looked like Manoah was ready to ascend to the staff ace, which occurred the following year where he was third in Cy Young voting, an All-Star, and an owner of a 16-7 record with a 2.24 ERA, 180 SO and a 0.992 WHIP.

He is the least tenured player on this list, but the sky is the limit for Manoah.
