1986 would see him have a losing record again (11-13), but he faced more batters than anyone else and was eighth in bWAR (4.6). He continued to lose more Games than he won but struck out a lot of batters along the way. Moore was in the top ten in Ks three times as a Mariner, and his career-high was in 1988 with 182. That would be his last year with Seattle, as he signed with Oakland as a Free Agent.
Moore would later have his best seasons with the A's, specifically in 1989, where he was an All-Star and World Series Champion. Moore may have a losing record with Seattle of 66-96 with 937 Strikeouts, but at one point he with the team he was a reliable pitcher, and on a young team like the Mariners, he earns this spot.
