As of this writing, Puerto Rican Shortstop Francisco Lindor has played six seasons with the Cleveland Indians, which is the only team he has ever played for at the Major League level.

Lindor debuted in 2015, finishing second in Rookie of the Year voting, with a .313 Batting Average.  He began a four-year streak of All-Star appearances in 2016, where he ascended to the top of the upper-tier of American League Shortstops, showing off average, power, and defense.  Lindor was in the top-nine in MVP voting each year from 2016 to 2018, and from 2017 to 2019, he had at least 32 Home Runs, with him swiping at least 15 Bases in all of those years.

Lindor was not an MVP, but his trophy case was collecting hardware. The Shortstop captured two Gold Gloves, two Silver Sluggers, and one Platinum Glove.  Lindor the AL in Plate Appearances three times, and was the league-leader in Runs Scored in 2018 (129).

After the 2020 season, Lindor was traded to the New York Mets due to a cost-cutting move, thus ending his run in Cleveland.  Lindor’s numbers as an Indian saw him belt 138 Home Runs with a .488 Slugging Percentage.
