Andre the Giant was the man for whom the WWE Hall of Fame was created for and its first inductee.  Standing well over seven feet tall, Andre was actually quite agile in his youth and throughout his career was a featured attraction regardless of where he performed.  Loyal to Vince, Andre headlined Wrestlemania 3 putting over Hulk Hogan in what could very well have been the most anticipated match in wrestling history.  It is hard pressed to find anyone who is more worthy of being the first inductee to the WWE Hall of Fame.

Inducted in 1993.  Billed from Grenoble, France

Should Andre the Giant be in the Hall of Fame?

Burns deserves it. Yes he coached for 4 teams, but he was succesful with all 4. 3 time Jack Adams winner! If he didn't win a Stanley Cup I would say maybe but since he did, I say, "Yes for sure!"His best coaching job was clearly the Leafs, despite his Stanley Cup victory with New Jersey. He took a team with no talent other than Gilmour (Wendell Clark? please...) average goaltending (Felix Potvin was vastly overrated,) and a bunch of goons to within one game of the Stanley Cup final. Awesome!
