“Dr. Death” Steve Williams

“Dr. Death” Steve Williams

From the University of Oklahoma, “Dr. Death” Steve Williams was a legitimate athlete who excelled in both amateur wrestling and on the gridiron.  He adapted very quickly and his matches were a showcase of skill, brute force and unequalled intensity.

Steve Williams was a star in the United States, but his wrestling style made him a natural in Japan and with the All Japan promotion (a place he was made for) he excelled and truly became an international star.  Positioned for a WWE run against “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, it got derailed by the disastrous Brawl for All series, but for those who only know Dr. Death for that, it is definitely worth the while to see the rest of his work which showcases “the toughest man in the world”
