Terry Brogan

Terry Brogan
Hmmmmm. We have a well-acted remake of a 1940’s Film Noir, with a Football related backstory that despite better than average reviews but is best known for the titular song that Phil Collins did. It doesn’t exactly seem like a winning formula for our Hall does it? Still, Jeff Bridges was great as Terry Brogan, the aging and released Football player of the Los Angeles Outlaws who was hired by the always entertaining James Woods to track down the Outlaws owner’s daughter. We didn’t get a lot of gridiron action, but we did get a lot of steamy sex scenes between Bridges and Rachel Ward; who was at her zenith of hotness, Rachel Ward. With all of this said, the entry of Terry Brogan might be “Against All Odds”.   Sorry, again we couldn’t resist.

The Bullet Points:
Movie Appeared:
Against All Odds (1984)

Actor:
Jeff Bridges

Position Portrayed:
Wide Receiver

Played for:
Los Angeles Outlaws

Why you should vote for him:
He wound up on the Dolphins roster at the end, so we assume he was a good player at one pint…remember the Dolphins in the mid 80’s were very good.

Why you should not vote for him:
For a movie with so many Football related characters….where was the Football?
