1958 Pro Football Hall of Fame Revisited Project Class. Here we are!  Again!! If you have been following our Pro Football Hall of Fame Revisited Project, you know that we have asked the rhetorical question: What if the PFHOF began in January 1946? 1958 SEMI-FINAL RESULTS: Thank you for all of your participation in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Revisited Project. If you are unaware of what that is, , we acted as if the PFHOF had its first class in January 1946. We have completed the years up to 1957. For “1958,” a Preliminary Vote with over 130 players whose playing career ended by 1952. We are also following the structure in that players have 20 years of eligibility, and if they do not make it into the Hall, they are relegated to the Senior Pool. Each voter was asked to…

That being said, we have existing Top 50 lists, and we always consistently look to update them when we can and based on necessity. This March, we have been working diligently on adding to our futures section in the big four sports.  We have another update to share, added names to the 2025 Hockey Futures. All of the names feature retired players who will first be Hall of Fame eligible for the Class of 2025.  You can now vote and/or comment as to whether you believe these names are (or are not) Hall of Fame worthy. The Country Music Hall of Fame announced the three new members who will comprise the Class of 2024.  Toby Keith (Modern Era), John Anderson (Veterans Era) and James Burton (Recording and/or touring musician). Toby Keith died days from stomach cancer after the votes were counted.  A polarizing figure in music, Keith had 20 #1 Hits, with another 20 reaching the top ten.  Known for his patriotism, Keith broke out in the 1990s and is best known for his songs “Should’ve Been A Cowboy,” “I Love This Bar,” and “Red Solo Cup.” John Anderson began his musical career in the late…
