Brylin was usually playing at Left Wing, but the Russian could be slotted in at any offensive position without sacrificing anything to the lineup. He was a very good defensive forward and a fixture on lower lines, though he did have three 40-Point years, peaking with 53 in 2000-01. Brylin had 308 Points over his NHL career (1994-08), all of which was as a Devil.
Brylin is one of only five players to have been on the roster for all three of New Jersey’s Stanley Cup wins.
