12. John Randle
It takes a special player to go from undrafted to the Hall of Fame.  John Randle was a special player.

Signing as an undrafted Free Agent out of Texas A&M-Kingsville, Randle would become a starter in his second year and would eclipse the 10 Sack mark in his third season.  Randle would hit that two-digit sack mark the next seven seasons including one (1997) where he would lead the NFL in that stat. Six straight seasons, Randle would be chosen for both the First Team All-Pro and the Pro Bowl and 114 of his 137.5 Sacks were as a Viking.

Randle would enter the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2010, though his bust was without his signature face paint!  The Vikings also chose Randle for their Ring of Honor two years earlier.
