43. A.J. Duhe

The rookie season of A.J. Duhe could be argued as the best one of his eight-year career.

The 13th Overall Pick in 1977, became an instant fan favorite in Miami, where he was named the Defensive Rookie of the Year. Playing at Linebacker or Defensive End (depending on the Dolphins scheme), Duhe did well as an interior run stuffer, and his work helped Miami have one of the best defenses in the early 80s in the AFC, and he would participate in two Super Bowls.

Like so many players, Duhe, began to compile injuries and he retired after his first, and what would be the final Pro Bowl year in 1984.
