40. Reggie Roby

Not a lot of Punters get drafted, but Reggie Roby did in 1983 when the Iowa Hawkeye was chosen in the sixth round.

Roby did well, and he quickly established himself as a top-end Punter in the National Football League.  Named to two Pro Bowls, and one First Team All-Pro, Roby finished in the top five annually in Yards per Punt from 1983 to 1988 and was first in 1991.

Roby was released after the 1992 season, but he continued to play six more seasons, playing for four other teams.  He would be named to the 1980s All-Decade Team.
