38. Tim Ruddy

Tim Ruddy played his college ball at Notre Dame, and the Miami Dolphins used their Second Round Pick to select him in 1994.

 

Ruddy would play off the bench as a rookie but would become the starting Center as an NFL sophomore.  Ruddy would remain in that role until he retired in 2003, and he was a Pro Bowl Selection in 2000.  After he became a starter, he would have the first snap in each game he appeared in, which totaled 140, only missing three games.
