An above-average run-blocker, Khalif Barnes, came to Jacksonville as a second round pick in 2005 from Washington. The former All-Pac 10 star was an immediate starter for the Jags, and he would start all 57 of his 60 games for the team. 

While he was never a Pro Bowl Selection, he would never have a year where his Approximate Value dipped below seven.
