A First Round pick from the University of Tennessee, Henderson was a member of the 2002 All-Rookie Team. Throughout his career in Jacksonville, Henderson was a strong presence in the interior, and he was rewarded twice as a Pro Bowl Selection (2004 & 2006). In the latter Pro Bowl Selection, Henderson was named a Second Team All-Pro.
