Max McGee is best known for being one of the stars of Super Bowl I catching seven passes for 138 Yards and 2 Touchdowns...an outstanding feat considering he was allegedly hungover at the time!
McGee was actually a far more productive player earlier and was the main target in the late ’50s and early ’60s and considering his career had two missing years due to being in the military he still had over 6,000 Receiving Yards and was a star Punter, twice leading the NFL in Punting Yards.  The Packers chose McGee for their Hall of Fame in 1975.
