37. Charlie Waters

Charlie Waters played his entire career with the Dallas Cowboys, but while he played in every game in his first three years (1970-72), the product of Clemson was considered inconsistent.  He moved to Cornerback the next two seasons, but he found his true calling when he moved to Strong Safety in 1975.

From 1976 to 1978, he was a Pro Bowl Selection, and he was an integral part of their Super Bowl XII win.  Waters was considered a cerebral player and a bona fide ballhawk.  He missed 1979 due to a torn ACL, but he came back to have two more good seasons.

Waters retired after 1981, in a career where he never had a losing season and played in five Super Bowls with two wins.  Waters netted 41 Interceptions.
