Added as an Expansion team in 1995, the Carolina Panthers took little time to become good as they would make the NFC Conference Finals in their second season of existence. Competing in the NFC South, the Panthers have not yet won the Super Bowl, but they have won the NFC twice (2003 & 2015) so it is not like there has not been success for the Charlotte based franchise.
