A Pro Bowl Selection with the Denver Broncos in 1989, Kragen would sign with the Carolina Panthers for their inaugural season in 1995 when he was in his early 30s.  The Panthers would be good quickly, appearing in the NFC Championship Game in 1996 and Kragen was part of that team’s success.  Kragen would retire after the 1997 season and would record 6.0 Sacks and 153 Combined Tackles for the team.
