Jack Kemp would actually become more famous for his foray into politics, but in Buffalo he was an exceptional Quarterback who would lead the Bills to two AFL Championships.
Kemp was not just the leader, he was the team’s star offensive player and went to the AFL’s version of the Pro Bowl six times and was an All-AFL player once.  That type of leadership from that era is what places him this high on the Buffalo Bills all-time list.
