Kemp was not just the leader, he was the team’s star offensive player and went to the AFL’s version of the Pro Bowl six times and was an All-AFL player once. That type of leadership from that era is what places him this high on the Buffalo Bills all-time list. Following his playing career, Kemp was a member of U.S. Congress for 18 Years.
The Bills enshrined Kemp into their Wall of Fame in 1984.
