Bob Sanders
Quietly assisting his team to the Super Bowl twice, Bob Sanders played Strong Safety for the bulk of his career with the Indianapolis Colts where he did win a ring and was named the AP Defensive Player of the Year in 2007. Sanders, who may not have received the same play that other Colts did, was a vital part of the Colts’ success, and while he is not likely to achieve Canton status, the Colts should recognize his accomplishments in some capacity.
