Mildred Burke

Before there was the Fabulous Moolah, Mildred Burke ruled the women’s division in wrestling.  Her reign as the top female in the sport lasted from the mid 30’s to the mid 50’s and while she was an accomplished (and legitimately tough) performer, her greatest gift to wrestling was proving that women could be a draw if used correctly.

I don't think they'll ever induct Mildred Burke simply because they consider the Fabulous Moolah to be the only women's champion prior to the 1980s. They'd consider it a dishonor to Moolah I think even if Burke had a matching career.
