She’s sexy and she knows it.  The good doctor does not how to translate that into Bulgarian (or is just too lazy to use Google Translate) but that is the case for Bulgarian sprinter, Ivet Lalova, who actually was pretty good in her athletic prime.  She still competes, but is still in her prime if you know what I mean!
