His energetic music appealed to lovers of Dance, Trip-Hop and Alternative and with heavy MTV airplay (thanks to clever videos), Fatboy Slim became as popular with the record buying public as he was with the highbrow music magazines. This is one of those artists that once eligible for the Hall could be a real wildcard possibility.
