Going from the NBA Champion Houston Rockets to the expansion Toronto Raptors Tracy Murray knew he was going to win less but play a lot more.

In Toronto Murray had a chance to start and did so for half of the Raptors’ inaugural season.  With the enhanced playing time, Murray was able to set career numbers in Points (16.2), Rebounds (4.3) and Steals per Game (1.1).  Murray would leave for Free Agency after that season but would return for a second run via trade six years later.
