The Major League career of Aubrey Huff began when in Tampa Bay, where he would play his first six seasons.

Huff debuted in 2000, and by 2002 he was an established slugger with a 23 Home Run year and what would be a career-high .313 Batting Average.  2003 was his best season as a Ray, where he would have 34 Home Runs, 107 Runs Batted In, with a .311 Batting Average.  He had two more 20 Home Run Seasons for Tampa and was on his way to a third when he was traded in July of 2006 to the Houston Astros.

Huff played at First, Third, and in Rightfield for the Rays, though realistically, he was a poor defensive player, and that does factor in this rank.  Notably, he developed a reputation as being a lockerroom cancer, though that would be far more evident later.  As a Ray, Huff batted .283 with 128 Home Runs.

He would later win two World Series rings with the San Francisco Giants.
