The career of Jose Rosado should have been so much more, but as in all professional sports, this is another case of athletics meeting injury resulting in a shortened career.
Rosado played five seasons in baseball, all of which were with the Kansas City Royals. Rosado did not have a great record (he went 37 and 45 in his career) but despite his losing record he was clearly talented and was named an All Star twice (1997 & 1999). The Royals were not particularly good when he played for them but he was still very good and his overall sabremetrics were decent and good enough to earn him a spot here.
